Terms and Conditions
  • All units received 2 business days before event must be shipped back no later than next business day following your event
  • In the circumstance that the booth is not dropped off to the courier on time, a fee if $150 per day will be charged to the client.
  • Venue must have a power outlet and clients are responsible for providing own cocktail table or table with a required height for use.
  • Heartfelt video booth must be protected from extreme conditions i.e. snow, rain, hail, high heat, direct sun while in use and transport
  • Your order only covers shipping within Canada (Remote locations excluded).
  • The video editing process will begin once booth is returned undamaged.
